Jabour’s Trailer Court, Campground & Lodging, and Walden Guesthouse have been sold and the property is no longer functioning as a Motel/RV Campground/Guest House as of June 1, 2004. The new owners will not continue the existing business. They will redevelop the property into a transient, condominium community.
